It is so very nice to see you again Fatos.I can remember eating quinces as a dessert but they had to be cooked for a long time. Love quince jelly too.I hope that quote doesn't turn out to be true. I wouldn't wish winter on anyone let alone a bad one.

Havn't seen a quince tree before. Looks like a good harvest. We have them in Switzerland, but not a lot. Just a long job cooking them. Hope you survive the Quince Winter ok.
